Resume2Recruit is an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)-optimized resume builder designed for job seekers in India and beyond. We started this product with one simple observation: roughly 75% of resumes get filtered out by ATS software before a recruiter ever sees them — usually because of layout issues, missing keywords, or formatting that ATS parsers can't read.

Every template on Resume2Recruit is hand-tuned for ATS parse rates above 95%, tested against major systems like Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, iCIMS, and Lever. We pair that with AI-assisted writing to help you turn vague work experience into specific, quantified achievements that recruiters notice.

Why we built this

Existing resume builders fall into two camps: free tools with weak ATS performance and cluttered designs, or expensive enterprise products that price out students and early-career job seekers. We wanted something in between — pro-grade ATS optimization and AI assistance, at a price you'd pay for a cup of chai.

That's why our Starter plan starts at ₹9 per month. We'd rather have a million users paying ₹9 each than a thousand paying ₹999.

Resume2Recruit is operated as an unregistered sole proprietorship in Telangana, India. We're a small, self-funded team — which means every paying customer matters to us, and you'll often be talking to the founder directly when you reach out.
