How do I change my plan?

Log in → Billing page → choose a new plan from the pricing page. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation stops future auto-renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Per our policy, payments are non-refundable.

Why is there a watermark on my Starter plan PDFs?

The Starter plan (₹9/month) includes a 'Made with Resume2Recruit' footer on PDFs. Upgrade to Essential (₹149/month) or higher to remove it.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All payments are final and non-refundable. The only exceptions are duplicate charges or proven billing errors on our side. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Why can't I see USD pricing?

Yes — paste plain text from your existing resume into the editor and we'll parse it into structured fields. Essential and higher plans support PDF upload; Professional adds LinkedIn import.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

All your saved resumes and cover letters remain in your account, viewable in read-only mode. If you resubscribe later, full editing resumes immediately.

Can I switch templates after starting?

Yes — open any saved resume and pick a different template from the editor. All your content carries over instantly.

Will my resume look the same when I print it?

Yes. The on-screen preview matches the PDF exactly. We use a typography engine that produces print-quality output at 300 DPI on all paid plans.

How does the AI optimization work?

Our AI engine rewrites your bullet points with stronger action verbs, quantified achievements, and ATS-friendly phrasing. Available on Essential (intermediate) and Professional (advanced) plans.

Is my data used to train AI models?

Our scoring is calibrated against actual parser output from Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, iCIMS, and Lever. A 90+ score on our system typically translates to high parse rates and good keyword match across these platforms.

Yes — paste a job description into the AI optimizer (Essential and above) and we'll suggest keyword changes and rephrasing tailored to that specific role.

Provide your resume and a job description; the AI generates a cover letter that connects your specific experience to the role's requirements. You can edit and regenerate as needed.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login page, click 'Forgot password?'. Enter your email — we'll send you a reset link valid for 1 hour. Click it, set a new password, and you're back in.

Check your spam folder first. Reset emails come from noreply@resume2recruit.com — you can add this to your safe senders. If still missing after 5 minutes, contact us at support@resume2recruit.com.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@resume2recruit.com from your registered email with subject 'Delete Account'. We'll confirm and permanently delete your data within 30 days.

Where is my data stored?

On encrypted database servers in India, with US-based AI processing. All data in transit is TLS-encrypted; passwords are bcrypt-hashed. Full processor list in our Privacy Policy.
